Three judge panel refuses second appeal

A three judge panel endorsed the Sulan decision to deny Andre Parenzee a right to appeal. In their decision they essentially agreed that with the elimination of the Perth Group as expert witnesses, without addressing the fact that there are many other dissident scientists who would, according to their rules, qualify as experts. By eliminating any expert witnesses for the defense this panel was also able to accept the prosecution evidence without examining it for flaws.
